Company Overview
GINI's primary concern in servicing its target market is to provide them with supply of Electrical Distribution and Control products, such as, Circuit Breakers, Industrial Controls, Industrial Relays, Fuse Cut-out, Lighting Arresters and other Allied products.
In the first six (6) months of operation, GINI CEBU was focused primarily within the Metro Cebu area and its neighboring provinces. The main objective was to inform the market, at the least time possible, about GINI CEBU's existence - its Mission, Goals and Objectives and the various products and services we cater to the market. In the year 2001, GINI CEBU
started to expand its market base by servicing Northern Mindanao area like Misamis Oriental.
Due to the prevailing development of Cebu Province and the fast growing business interest of ASIAPHIL MANUFACTURING INDUSTRIES, INC. (AMII), GTB INDUSTRIAL NETWORK, INC. (GINI-Manila) in servicing the electrical industry, semiconductor companies and manufacturing firm including food and beverage, the necessity of establishing a strategic business that will handle merchandizing/trading requirements of Industrial and Commercial establishments led to the formation of GINI CEBU on March 10, 2000 with an initial paid-up capital of PHP 625,000.00.
