T. Batungbacal's vision is to put up a company --- Its purpose is
to service the electrical industries that will build quality electrical
apparatus, crafted and engineered by the Filipino labor. The
humble beginning of this dream became a reality when G. T. Batungbacal
incorporates Asiaphil Manufacturing Electrical Products -- from
sheet metal enclosure to assembly of various electrical distribution
and control equiptment. In a very short period, Asiaphil became
the pioneer in electrical industries, ultimately a household name
in the electrical field. The
untimely death of G. T. Batungbacal created a temporary vaccum in
the operation of the business. But soon the heirs of G. T. B. continued
the operation. The momentum picked-up with the able leadership of
Victor T. Batungbacal --- Its vision, mission and objective continues...
Realizing the importance of sheet metal works as a vital component
of the electrical and electronic industries, Asiaphil management
and its Board agreed to spin off the sheet metal fabrication department.
Asiaphil Metal Manufacturing Industries Inc. was born on April,
2002. Because of V. T. Batungbacal pioneering legacy perseveres as his vision takes on a global perspective to become a world-class switchgear manufacturer so Asiaphil Management and its Boards agreed to spin off the Engineering and Assembly departments, thus Asiaphil Electric, Inc. was born on January 2003. The new Company has the objective of continuing commitment to provide quality products delivered on time at an affordable price.
